		<description>Spaghetti Stew
Spaghetti Stew contains lots of vegies, is low fat, has lots of vitamins, meat and cereals and it takes about 10 minutes of kitchen time so is great when I have a bad day with PTSD.  This Spaghetti Stew serves 4 and can be kept the following night too. Place 700g of mince meat in a pot. Cover mince with water. Boil until meat is cooked. Turn element off and leave meat to cool. When meat is cool skim some of the  fat off the top of the water. Add 2 diced onions, 3 tblspoons tomato paste and a packet of mixed vegetables. Boil stew for 10 minutes. Add 2 tins of spaghetti and heat until boiled. Serve with buttered rolls or sliced bread.</description>
